Return & Refund Policy

At Anadimall, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. We accept return and exchange requests within 4–7 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team to receive a return authorization.

Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from our website.

For an exchange, please contact us with your order number. Our team will guide you through the return process. You can then place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non Eligible Return Reasons

We cannot accept returns simply because a buyer changes their mind after placing an order. Please review your order carefully and make sure you wish to purchase the selected items before completing your checkout.
